Northfield’s Most Significant and Historic Building

You are invited to join guest speakers Steve Edwins of SMSQ Architects and Chip DeMann, noted expert on the history of the first stone structure built in Northfield.

You’ll learn about its founder, Hiram Scriver and his extraordinary role in the development of Northfield. You’ll hear about the construction techniques of the late 1860’s in comparison to today’s methods. You’ll learn about the numerous business housed in this historic building over the years, including the infamous First National Bank.

Importantly, you’ll learn about our incredible total restoration project, see our progress; learn about the future and how you can become involved.
