A talented and dedicated group of Northfield students, led by Northfield Middle School history teacher Earl Weinmann (to the right of the podium), pulled together an exhibit of historic proportions that makes up the Northfield Middle School Museum, housed in the New Middle School.

This collaboration between Northfield Public Schools and Northfield Historical Society, is our first venture in permanent off-site exhibits. We are thrilled!

From the Not-So-Old-News catagory: Historical Society president Rob Schanilec, Executive Director Mark Fagerwick and former Board Member Joan Kark are included in the current Minnesota Monthly's Faces in the Crowd for their presence at the Historical Society/St. Olaf College presentation of Clara's Visitor Jan. 9.
